Certified Study Buddies

The goal this group is to help STC members study and prepare for the CPTC exams through an informal reading and discussion group. Every month, we set reading goals from the primary text,Technical Communication Today, and help members stay accountable to their reading goals by holding monthly discussion meetings. For members seeking career enrichment or skill development, we also encourage you to check out the Book of the Month.

Even if you're already certified, this group is great for professionals who want a refresher course in technical communication fundamentals. We also welcome experienced tech comm enthusiasts who want to lend their expertise and insights to new learners going through the certification process. If you would like a give a presentation at our next meeting based on the readings, please reach out to the admins.
